Key Responsibilities

• Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, consistency, and service

• Create and deliver exceptional seasonal menus for both fine dining hospitality events and the high-quality staff restaurant

• Inspire, train, and manage a talented team of chefs and kitchen professionals

• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety compliance

• Manage food costs and kitchen budgets effectively to support business targets

• Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience

• Keep menus and offerings fresh and exciting by staying in tune with culinary trends

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary role, ideally within fine dining or premium corporate hospitality

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for team development

• Excellent culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations

• Confident in managing budgets and controlling food costs effectively
