The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Business Support Administrator to support our Business Support Manager in ensuring data accuracy, client onboarding, and process excellence across our finance and procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Coordinate client and supplier account setups and closures

🔹 Manage and maintain accurate data across internal systems

🔹 Support client mobilisations, closures, and system transfers

🔹 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow

🔹 Maintain and improve procedures, flagging gaps and supporting documentation

🔹 Use Helpdesk tools to track tasks, meet SLAs, and resolve queries

🔹 Provide support and training to team members where needed
