Chef De Partie - Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing:

Location: Grosvenor Estates UB1 1SQ

Rate of pay: £35,000 annually 

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, flexible shift on rota basis but predominantly 9am to 5.30pm

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for salad section
• Evening preparation and set up for next day
• Assisting with events 
• Preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, and ensuring consistent quality. 
• Assisting head chef
• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work area. 
• Assisting with the development of new dishes and menus.
