Chef Manager Monday-Friday

What you'll be doing:

We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to work with us. This position is Monday - Friday.

Location: London

Rate of pay: £38,000 per annum + amazing benefits

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday - 7.30am to 3pm

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of 4
• Will be responsible for overseeing and producing a fresh on trend breakfast and lunch offering 
• To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
• To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers
• Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Good experience in quality fresh food operations
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
• A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
• Computer literate and can liaise with clients
