Catering Manager

What you'll be doing:

RA Venues is proud to deliver legendary food and hospitality experiences at some of the UK’s most treasured cultural and heritage sites. We believe in creating memorable moments through outstanding service and a genuine passion for what we do.

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Catering Manager to lead our food and beverage operation at the stunning Dalby Forest – a breathtaking destination in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors.

What you’ll be doing:

As Catering Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day catering operation across our public café, retail outlets, and events. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, training, and inspiring a passionate catering team

• Ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the site

• Managing stock, rotas, and budgets to meet commercial targets

• Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Working closely with the client to meet expectations and enhance the visitor experience

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a catering or hospitality management role

• A proactive, hands-on leader who leads by example

• Strong understanding of food service operations and commercial awareness

• Excellent organisational and people skills

• A passion for delivering high-quality food and outstanding service in a visitor-focused environment
