What you'll be doing:
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities and Administration Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
As a Facilities and Administration Coordinator, you will be located full time on the client site. The successful person is expected to embrace and contribute to the culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinate building maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, security, fire safety, and utilities.
Support the Facilities Supervisor in managing hard and soft service contracts.
Track and follow up on planned and reactive maintenance, quotes, and reports.
Raise and monitor purchase and Capex orders, and manage related expenses.
Conduct regular housekeeping audits and report concerns.
Assist with staff induction delivery and general supplier management, including stock control, ordering, and quality checks.
Respond to help-desk requests and support local IT setups as needed.
Provide operational support in the absence of senior facilities or admin staff.
Help manage external records, data security services, mobile accounts, and company fleet (where applicable).
Report admin-related issues and perform other duties as required.
Represent Compass Group UK&I professionally and comply with Health & Safety standards.
