Chef de Partie Monday-Friday

What you'll be doing:

We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to work with us at Indeed.

Location: Indeed, D02

Salary: €36,400 per annum

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:00-15:00

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and cook high-quality buffet-style dishes for up to 700 covers daily, ensuring consistency, presentation, and timely service under pressure.

• Rotate between the salad station and main dishes section weekly, managing stock levels, and food safety compliance for each area.

• Collaborate closely with a team of 3 chefs, maintaining effective communication and coordination during service to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Report directly to the Head Chef, following menu plans, recipes, and instructions while contributing ideas for daily specials or improvements.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization, ensuring all prep and service areas meet health and safety regulations at all times.
