More about the role:
As a team member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced bar environment
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and hygiene regulations
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great service
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
Knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations is a plus
Must be 18 or over due to licensing laws
