General Manager Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing:

Vacherin are committed to delivering deliciously different experiences, having fun, and conducting business with a social and environmental conscience. We are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager to mobilise a new brand new B&I contract in London.

Location: London N1 9UZ

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday,  40 hours per week shifts between: 7am - 3pm , 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm

Rate of Pay: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations 
• Lead, develop and manage a small team, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings 
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business
• Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
• Assist with basic food preparation 
• Looking after hospitality on site
• Servicing Tea Points 

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• B&I contract catering experience
• Will be hands on and a manager who can lead from the front line
