The NinetyThird is The O2’s exclusive members-only bar and restaurant. With stunning arena views and a refined atmosphere, it blends luxury dining with the energy of live entertainment.
As Deputy Bar & Restaurant Manager, you will support the Bar & Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of The NinetyThird, ensuring smooth service delivery and premium guest experiences. You'll help lead a passionate team to deliver excellence in a vibrant, event-driven environment

About you:
- Experience in a supervisory or junior management role within a premium bar/restaurant or hospitality venue.
- Comfortable working with high standards of service, ideally in a luxury or event-led environment.
- Basic understanding of financials (stock, rotas, margins) with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Guest-focused with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure.
- Strong team player with leadership potential.
