Head Baker Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing:

At Gather & Gather, we are known as one of the UK & Irelands most distinctive workplace catering experts, we are passionate about great food and great coffee and putting our employees and customers at the heart of everything that we do. We are currently recruiting for a Head Baker.

Location: Gather and Gather Sites 

Rate of Pay: £39,000 per annum plus travel can be expensed

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop New bakery initiatives for G&G
• Train and imbed Bakery standards across the G&G estate
• Support within House marketing Campaigns
• Produce bakery for central London locations
• Support sales presentations 
• Support client events
• Mentoring and training bakers on baking techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices
