We're seeking a confident and organised Conference and Events Coordinator to join our collaborative team at Brentford Football Club. In this fast-paced role you will be responsible for planning and organising a range of events for this state-of-the-art conference and events venue, from corporate conferences and large-scale trade shows, to modern weddings and private parties. As the Conference and Events Coordinator you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the vision for each event is brought to life while managing logistics and timelines. If you're an creative events planner with a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills you'll thrive in this varied role!

Conference and Events Coordinator - the role

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism, product knowledge, and a proactive attitude to exceed client expectations.
  • Conducting client show rounds, tastings, and meetings to build strong relationships and ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of the conference and event planning process within the contracted period for commercial bookings and internal events.
  • Ensuring all events are paid as per company’s terms and conditions.
  • Managing confirmed bookings and coordinating information in order to hand over to the operational team and other stakeholders.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and apply relevant insights to enhance the customer experience and promote the company’s image.
  • Actively supporting team members and participating in internal meetings to foster collaboration and professional development.
  • Participate in sales promotions and applicable familiarisation trips.
