Head Chef - Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing:

At Gather & Gather, we are known as one of the UK & Irelands most distinctive workplace catering experts, we are passionate about great food and great coffee and putting our employees and customers at the heart of everything that we do. We are currently recruiting for a  Head Chef to work with us.

Location: RG12 8FZ

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm - 40 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food service
• Creating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supported
• Delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Ordering food, looking after stock control and controlling food waste
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
• Managing budgets and successfully meeting financial targets
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Our Ideal Candidate:

• We’re looking for someone with a strong chef/cooking background who’s confident and running a kitchen efficiently
