Catering Supervisor

Location: EC3N 4AB

Salary: £14.55 per hour

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week between Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday either 8am-16:30 or 9am to 17:30, flexibility is essential

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring high quality service to a high volume cafe
• Overseeing the smooth running of several food counters and staff and responsible for daily HSE compliance
• Ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences
• Support and lead a team of 20 staff members

Our ideal Catering Supervisor will:

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
• Ideally be from contract catering, high volume background 
• Have experience managing teams in a similar role
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
