What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting and standing in for the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assisting with planning, ordering, and delivering exciting weekly menus
Taking the lead on hospitality and event catering
Championing Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards every day
Driving exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction
Helping to manage the kitchen team, support training, and maintain high performance
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Proven Sous Chef experience with strong culinary skills
Confidence in hospitality and event catering
