Levy is about elevating experiences. A leading global hospitality partner, designing and delivering unforgettable guest experiences that prioritise people and the planet.

Trusted by some of the world's most iconic stadia, entertainment venues, and marquee events to bring their spaces to life, Levy is driven by a mission to succeed in the right way. From pioneering tech to seamless operations, show-stopping menus to exceptional service, Levy uses data and insights to understand guest behaviour and the customer journey while minimising environmental impact and supporting local communities.

Levy is a passionate, diverse, and talented team of venue specialists dedicated to making the planet better for future generations.

The Programme

Our two-year Operations Graduate Programme is designed for graduates who thrive in fast-paced, live environments and want to lead teams where the stakes are high.

You’ll complete four 6-month, site-based rotations across major UK venues, gaining hands-on operational and leadership experience.

Rotations

We are looking for four individuals to join our Graduate Programme this October:

  • 2 x London based
  • 1 x Midlands based
  • 1 x either based in Scotland or in the North region and we would work with the chosen candidate to identify the right geographical location based on our portfolio

In the main, rotations will be site based, supporting large-scale sporting and entertainment events.   Travel / overnight stays may be required to support other major events throughout the calendar year and to attend workshops as part of the programme.

Rotations across the 2 years will be regionally based although we are looking for applicants who would be flexible to relocate if required.

The Role

No two days are the same. You’ll:

  • Support event-day operations at scale
  • Lead and motivate frontline teams
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Manage staffing, stock and service delivery
  • Use data and technology to improve performance
  • Respond to real-time challenges in high-pressure environments

As an events business, you’ll support our operation by working 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.

Learning & Development

From day one, you’ll be on the floor, learning from experienced venue leaders and taking ownership early. You’ll receive:

  • Structured learning and development
  • A dedicated mentor
  • Support from a Graduate Programme Manager
  • Access to a strong Levy graduate network

Career Progression

On completion, you’ll be ready to move into roles such as:

  • Duty Manager
  • Head of Operations
  • Conference & Events Manager

What We’re Looking For

You’ll succeed if you have:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Leadership potential and resilience
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A customer-first mindset
  • Flexibility for evenings, weekends and relocation to make the most out of the opportunities on offer

Degree discipline doesn’t matter — attitude does.

You must have the right to work in the UK

(Our graduates are on permanent contracts from day one, we welcome applications from candidates who have their own right to work within the UK where you can maintain and demonstrate your right to work throughout the duration of your employment)
