Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead operations at a busy site in Waltham Cross. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader who is passionate about developing teams and delivering high-quality catering services.

The successful candidate will bring previous contract catering experience, strong leadership ability, and excellent client relationship skills. You will play a key role in supporting and uplifting the current team while ensuring the highest standards of service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day catering operation on site

• Lead, motivate, and develop the catering team

• Maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders

• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and compliance

• Oversee staffing, performance, and operational efficiency

About the Role:

• Salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

• Predominantly Monday to Friday

• The site operates 24/7, so flexibility is required to provide occasional evening and weekend cover/support when needed
