• Weds: 06:30-14:00
• Thurs: 06:30-14:00
• Fri: 06:30-14:00

• Preparing delicious, high quality dishes that delight our clients and customers

• Representing 14Forty with professionalism and a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Taking a flexible approach to work, supporting the wider team where needed
• Having the confidence and ability to step up and support in the absence of the Head Chef

• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1–2 or NVQ equivalent
• Have previous experience in a similar chef role
• Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certification
• Be able to drive and have access to a car, due to the rural location and travel requirements
