What you'll be doing:

Job Description
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Portering Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in our Portering Team on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Hours of work will be: 12-8pm including bank holidays.
Working 1 weekends in 3.

Your key responsibilities may include:
• Supervising and motivating a team
• Assisting with audits
• Providing updates to Management
• Managing absence
• Performance management
• Responding to and investigating complaints

Our ideal Facilities Supervisor will:
• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
• Team player and can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
