We’re looking for Event Operations Managers at both Junior and Senior levels to join our growing events team. These are hands‑on, client‑facing roles working closely with Sales and Events teams to plan, organise and deliver exceptional, high‑end events across a range of prestigious venues.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the operational delivery of events, leading both front‑ and back‑of‑house teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly, meets client expectations and complies with venue and safety requirements. Senior candidates will take a lead on larger, more complex events and support the development of junior managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead FOH and BOH teams on event days, ensuring consistently high service standards
  • Produce and communicate clear, accurate event notes, service plans and timings
  • Manage service flow during events, including sending and receiving during dinners
  • Prepare and oversee RAMS and H&S documentation
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers and clients, acting as a key point of contact
  • Order and manage hired equipment and beverages, supporting cost control and profitability
  • Attend site visits and tastings to identify operational requirements
  • Support staffing recruitment, training and onboarding
  • Senior role: mentor junior managers, assist with manager allocations, and contribute to wider operational and efficiency projects

About You

  • Proven experience in event or hospitality operations (level matched to role)
  • Confident leading teams and managing live events under pressure
  • Organised, detail‑driven and an excellent communicator
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and venues
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive salary up to £45k DOE plus overtime
  • Opportunity to work on exciting, high‑profile events
