What you'll be doing:
We're currently recruiting an ambitious Head Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for G+G Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 7:00-15:00, 40 hours per week
Salary: €60,000 per annum
Location: Indeed Capital Dock, D02 HE36
Key Responsibilities:
Create, design, and update menus, ensuring dishes are innovative, cost-effective, and aligned with customer preferences.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including coordinating staff, controlling workflow, and maintaining a smooth service.
Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of performance, teamwork, and discipline.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality while maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Manage food costs, ordering, stock control, and waste reduction to meet financial targets and maximise profitability.
