What you'll be doing
  • Supporting the Executive Chef with menu development and seasonal creativity.
  • Leading the kitchen team during high-profile events and service.
  • Being hands-on in the kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality every day.
  • Inspiring and developing your team while maintaining high standards.
  • Helping build the culture of a brand-new venue with plenty of room for ideas and innovation.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Has experience as a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef in events or high-volume hospitality.
  • Is creative and passionate about developing exciting menus.
  • Has a hands-on leadership style and leads by example.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic, ever-changing events environment.
  • Wants to be part of building something special from the beginning.
