We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking Housekeeper to join the team at Kents Hill Park on a zero-hours basis. You’ll play an important part in making sure our bedrooms and guest areas are clean, comfortable and welcoming, helping us create a great experience for everyone who stays with us.

Housekeeper – The Role

As a Housekeeper at Kents Hill Park, you'll help keep our venue looking its best and make sure every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and preparing bedrooms to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for incoming guests.

• Maintaining cleanliness across guest areas, corridors and communal spaces.

• Changing bed linen, replenishing towels and restocking guest amenities.

• Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.

• Reporting any maintenance issues, damages or lost property to the relevant team.

• Working closely with the wider housekeeping and hotel team to keep everything running smoothly.

• Taking pride in the details and helping us deliver a brilliant guest experience every time.

What we're looking for

• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine pride in your work.

• Good attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

• Someone who is reliable, organised and happy to roll up their sleeves.

• A team player who is also comfortable working independently.

• Good communication skills and a friendly approach.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience would be great, but isn't essential – we'll give you the support and training you need.
