What you'll be doing:

Hospitality Chef de Partie | Up to £35,000 | Canary Wharf

We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a busy hospitality kitchen in Canary Wharf, delivering seasonal, bespoke menus for corporate events, conferences and fine dining experiences for up to 400 guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with a passion for quality ingredients, refined presentation and exceptional food standards. Experience in Michelin-starred, AA Rosette or fine-dining restaurants would be highly advantageous.

As a Hospitality Chef de Partie you'll be: 

• Prepare high-quality dishes for conferences, corporate hospitality and large-scale events.
• Manage your section, ensuring consistency, quality and presentation.
• Support seasonal menu development and bespoke event catering.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen standards.

As a Hospitality Chef de Partie you'll have:

• Experienced Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie.
• Background in fine dining, Michelin-starred or AA Rosette restaurants
• Experience in premium event catering preferred.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Organised, reliable and passionate about exceptional food

This is a Monday to Friday, with occasional evening shifts to support events and functions.
