General Manager

What you'll be doing:

Due to an exciting new client win, we’re looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team in London.

Location: London

Salary: £65,000-£75,000 per annum + 10% bonus

Shift Pattern: Predominantly Monday-Friday with occasional weekends

Key Responsibilities: 

• Experience leading a busy, multi-faceted hospitality operation.
• A strong hospitality background, with good events experience.
• Experience delivering a range of events, functions, meetings or hospitality.
• Confident leading different teams and keeping the whole operation running smoothly.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and costs.
• Organised, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• A great communicator who can build strong relationships with clients, customers and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of a busy, multi-faceted site, covering hospitality, events, food service and front of house.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of events, functions, meetings and hospitality.
• Lead and support the management team, making sure all areas work well together.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
• Take ownership of budgets, costs and overall financial performance.
• Maintain high standards across food, service, presentation and customer experience.
• Ensure health & safety, food safety and company standards are followed.
