We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Breakfast & Lunch Assistant to join the team at Eastwood Hall!

From helping guests kick-start their day with a brilliant breakfast to keeping lunch service running smoothly, you’ll play a key part in making sure every guest has a fantastic experience. Whether you’re serving up delicious food, keeping our dining areas looking their best or helping the team prepare for a busy service, you’ll be right at the heart of the action.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. What matters most is having a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for hospitality.

What you’ll be doing...

• Welcoming guests with a friendly smile and making them feel at home.

• Supporting breakfast and lunch service, ensuring guests receive friendly, efficient and attentive service.

• Setting up dining areas, laying tables and making sure everything is ready before guests arrive.

• Replenishing buffet items, food displays and beverages throughout service, keeping everything looking fresh and well presented.

• Making sure food and drinks are presented to our high standards.

• Helping guests with menu queries and providing information about food options and allergens.

• Clearing tables promptly and keeping dining areas clean, tidy and ready for the next guests.

• Supporting the preparation of simple food items and beverages when required.

• Monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies to keep service running smoothly.

• Working closely with the kitchen, Food & Beverage and Conference & Events teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Supporting colleagues during busy periods and getting stuck in wherever you’re needed.

• Following all food safety, allergen management, hygiene and health and safety procedures.

About you...

Previous hospitality, restaurant or food service experience would be great, but the right attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.
